I had restylane injected into my lips 2 and1/2 days ago. The swelling has reduced significantly however, I have this huge lump on the inside of my lip/mouth on the bottom left side. One right in the corner and the other next to it that's maybe 1/2 an inch long and is a bit below my lip. It doesn't hurt but why is it there and should I contact my Dr.?
Hi all! I had 1cc total of Restalyne (.5cc under each eye) to help improve the appearance of dark eye circles. I had my Restalyne done by an experienced injector who is also an MD. A day after my procedure, I got a mild tingling pain in my eyes. I occasionally get this mild pain (its only day 3), but it is enough to give me a ton of anxiety. My doctor tells me that the risk of blindness or anything going wrong is 0%, as it has already been 3 days after my procedure and my vision is unchanged.
Im not sure if its too soon or Im over-reacting but I dont like how puffy my under eyes are now. The swelling has gone down and have some yellow bruising under my eyes but looks like I have too much filler, bit too puffy near the outer edges where the filler is hanging out low. I asked my doctor and he said its to be expected - How can I smooth this out / tone it down? Does it look overfilled? I want to look natural.
I had 1 syringe of Restylane split between both under eyes using the blunt tip cannula. At 5 weeks post injection I could still palpate the Restylane ridges under my eyes. In fact the left eye has a purple shadow like a bruises and is raised. I saw the surgeon who injected a tiny amount of the enzyme to dissolve it, but theres still a visible lump. Is Restylane even the right filler product for Asian tear troughs? What is the best filler for under eyes? Should I try Restylane again?
Got chin filler three days ago and today I rested my chin in my palm while working at a desk. After about 10 seconds, I started feeling pain/soreness in my chin so I immediately stopped and moved my hand. It was an accident since I had forgotten that I got fillers there. Could the pressure placed by my hand migrated/moved the filler? My chin doesn't look different but I can't tell because it hurt so I was concerned. It was Restalyne.
I had Restylane done three days ago. I had some injected at the corner of my mouth on both sides. I am still swollen, but I also have hard painful lumps inside my bottom lips and where the restylane was injected. I also have a skin tear near the corner of my mouth. It's red and dry. My top lip is fine, but the bottom looks strange and painful. Is this normal?
HI Doctors, I had restylane injected into my lips about 78 hours ago and my lip is still quite swollen. The swelling increases every morning even though I am sleeping on several pillows to elevate my head. The swelling is less after a few hours of icing. However, I am wondering if it is normal for the lip to swell every morning. I had the injections on a Thursday and my doctor said that by Monday I would be ok to go to work. The swelling is enough to make it look like something is wrong with my lips.
I had Restaylne L injections 3 days ago. Two syringes total. I was in a lot of pain in my upper lip and my upper lip is bumpy. The doctor said he used a little more on the upper lip than lower. Is there asymetry with my lips? Do they appear to be proportionate? There is also minor bruising above my lips. I had this procedure 10 months ago and used 1-1/2 syringes and never felt pain like this time around?
I had my lips filled with 1ml of Restylane on Wednesday night (now Saturday morning) I have blistered like lumps on my bottom lip is this normal? I feel the blisteres on my right hand side bottom lip r getting worse, they arent painful but Im worried this isnt normal my top lip is fine.
