I had one needle of Radiesse injected 2weeks ago . The one needle was injected into both cheeks and the folds. I have had jervaderm done in the past placed just in the folds but never had this. Is this normal? Can it be fixed? I realize its minor but my face is my job in the industry I work in and little changes to it really matter.. The lines/ ripples in my cheeks were not present before the injection and I don't have dimples. It looks like I gained wrinkles:(
Please help! I had Radissee injected on my nose bridge about 2 weeks ago (you can see the 2 injection sites on the attached picture). It left me raised bumps. Since I'm afraid of getting scars, I rub on neosporin after the procedure so maybe it's the antibiotics that's causing it. I also know that it might be the poor technique of the injector but I really wanted to know how to resolve this. Should I ice it, massage it, use mederma, etc.? Any professional advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
My plastic surgeon recommended that I have one syringe of Radiesse injected along my jaw line to correct a slightly saggy jowl. 2+ weeks post filler and I have large nodules protruding from both sides of my chin. The lumps are more pronounced now than the day after receiving the filler. My plastic surgeon said that it is not the filler and that I am to massage the hard moveable lumps. He said there is nothing he can do. The lumps are not softening/shrinking and easily roll around under my skin.
I have been injected with Radiesse in the past for fullness of cheeks. I was injected two weeks ago to balance my cheeks, giving them a bit more symmetry. At the time of injection, the Radiesse seemed to 'travel' making my one tear trough puffy. That was two weeks ago and its hasn't gone down. My doctor said it was my lympathic system and the swelling should go away in time. Any ideas?
I had Radiesse injected in my chin below the lipline where there has been loss of fat after five years in braces. It's been two weeks since I've had the injection, and I'm now noticing two hard lumps on both sides of my mouth. They show somewhat from the outside, but are hard and large on the inside of my mouth. I'm wondering if it's possible at this point that it's just swelling, or if I should be concerned. I called and have a follow-up next week, but I'm very worried.
. It has been 18 days since the infections the bump is less i volume but is still there in reddish color. It seems that this is inflammmatory response to radiesse rather than material lumping up. Question: should I try to wait it out or is it time for steroids? Is it useful to take supplements I would normally take for inflammation, such as turmeric, vitamin c, quicertin? Is ther anything else such sas heat/ massage/ radio frequency that can assist this process? At what point is granuloma forming?
I had 1,5 ml of Radiesse done, split on both cheeks. I was incredibly happy with the results. Absolutely fantastic lateral placement and it made a HUGE difference, even though it was only 0.8ml in each cheek. Now about 10 days later, I can barely see a difference. I am well aware that swelling occurs, but now there is absolutely no difference anymore. I previously had fillers in my lips and it stays the same for over 18 months now and I am super happy. Why did Radiesse only last 10 days on me?
I did not like it and I thought by pushing on it & pressure thinking I would dissolve it :..,,from being so protruding...., I did this on the third day after .... Im having headaches and Im concerned
I had radiesse 14 days ago on right nasolabial fold. First was very swollen and little pain. Two days ago I was dehydrated and hot from exercise. I went to my injector because I was deezy, hot and tired. It's been two days since she saw me and I been drinking loots of fluids. I am still hot (99F) , feel tired , with the radiesse a little swollen. It's there a posibility this is an infection for radiesse? or still having dehydration symptoms? should I see an internist or a plastic surgeon?
