Should I Get Zygoma Arch Reduction and Mandibular Angle Surgery?

my cheekbones look very prominent from a 45 degree angle, making my face look too angular, and my face looks too wide from a frontal view. should I have my zygomatic bones broken and repositioned so my face will look narrower? I would like to have a delicate oval shaped face with a tapered chin, and my cheekbones look very awkward and out of place on my face. will I need to shave down my jawbones too since the middle part of my face will be narrower? thank you for your input.
