Is Zerona All It's Cracked Up to Be: Effective and Safe with No Side Effects, Near 100% Positive?

I have had an abdominoplasty leaving me with an unsuccessful abdominal muscle result : bulging above my navel. Although some tumescent lipo was done, I still have an uneven abdomen with a fair size 'roll' when seated. I am considering Zerona to help mitigate the remaking fat on my abdomen but, being 30 lbs over weight, I would like to have it work on my buttocks, thighs and back as well. Do you think it is worth doing?
