Zeltiq and IVF
Greetings~
If you know for certain you are not already pregnant than Zeltiq Coolsculpting is perfectly fine and safe to do before doing IVF treatment. Zeltiq targets only the fat and leaves the underlying internal organs safe from treatment. It's true that many women do love this procedure post pregnancy for leftover tummy fat as well.
Good luck~

Coolsculpting and in vitro fertilization
I would recommend that patients wait until after pregnancy and after IVF to undergo Coolsculpting treatment.

IVF and CoolSculpting
Thank you for your question.
I would want you to make sure that you are not pregnant when having the CoolSculpting procedure preformed. There is no contraindication to having the procedure performed before starting IVF but it may be safer to just wait until after the IVF and pregnancy.
Best Wishes!

CoolSculpting by Zeltiq and IVF
As long as you have not started the IVF medication, there should not be any issues with having CoolSculpting before IVF. It might not be advisable to have CoolSculpting if you started taking hormones for IVF in case the suction of the applicator from the Zeltiq equipment will be on area where the hormones are injected.

Zeltiq - CoolSculpting and IVF
I don't know of any reason you couldn't do it before starting IVF. If there will be injections for IVF in the area to be treated, I would recommend doing the Zeltiq first. When in doubt, verify with your gynecologist.

Zeltiq CoolSculpting freezes fat safely.
Zeltiq works by freezing surface fat. There is no trauma to internal structures and would have no effect on fertility. There have been no long term side effects so it appears to be one of the safest ways to spot reduce fat avalilable.

Can CoolSculpting be done prior to having IVF?
There should be no medical issues having CoolSculpting prior to IVFB. As Dr Jacobs pointed out CoolSculpting cools the fat without affecting any of the underlying tissue. I would just like to point out that CoolSculpting can treat post pregnancy pooch so might want to consider waiting till after your pregnancy.

Zeltiq CoolSculpting is safe to reduce fat in the abdomen and love handles
Even in women of childbearing potential. It will have no effect on fertility in the future. The cooling only effects the fatty layers so no other structures are involved. Best to you,
