My bone is off to one side, I had a bloody nose, and my breathing feels different. Also my septum or my vomer moves side to side (right and left) is it supposed to move? An it's a bone right?

Open rhinoplasty scars almost always heal imperceptibly. In a case like yours it would be best to have a scar revision to more accurately align the skin. This is far more worthwhile than the options you mention.
There are no physical limitations to the rhinoplasty procedure 2 weeks following the procedure. It is important not to play contact sports for at least a month after the procedure, however, it is certainly acceptable to go on rides at Disney World two weeks after the surgery.
It would be impossible, given your bone structure, to give you a tiny nose, but a small nose would probably not fit your face. Your nose can be made cosmetically more pleasing by rhinoplasty surgery. Occasionally rotating the tip up will give the illusion of a shorter nose. There are many...
