Is this a seroma? Should I worry? (photos)

My TT was 3 weeks ago. My dr removed my drains at 4 days draining at 220. He said early drain removal is beneficial as prolonged drains increase infection risk. 6 days out I started leaking dark sebum at my drain site. I have swelling and was told this would go on its own. If I push my stomach fluid moved up into my right side making a bulge. My doctor said not to worry until 6 weeks out. It feels like my tummy is tearing and burning. I have been wearing a knee to chest binder around the clock.
