Absolutely! Breast lifts are preformed in many combinations with a couple of different techniques and incisions. See your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for answers that pertain to your anatomy and goals.
I perform a vertical mastopexy (lolli-pop style incision around the areola with an up/down scar and no side to side scar)...to accomplish this, skin and breast tissue needs to be removed so that I am able to sculpture a new, rejunventated breast. I typically tell patients that at the LEAST you will loose about a 1/2 a cup size; a lift alone in most patients does not give a significant amount of "naked" upper breast fullness, which is best achieved using an implant. However, in patients with firm/solid breast tissue, upper pole fullness can be achieved. Every patient is an individual with individual goals that need to be discussed and managed!
I hope this helps and good luck!
