Yellowish White Spot Where Upper Wisdom Tooth Was Removed?

You want to check with your dentist/oral surgeon, but it most likely is the blood clot formation or the gum tissue filling in the socket. Check with your dentist to make sure it is not an infection or "dry socket". I doubt it, because you did not mention any pain or swelling.
