How to Remove Dermabond?

My 4 year old daughter fell out of her bed and cut her face in the eyebrow above her eye. The ER Dr. on duty used Dermabond to close the cut. Now we are not only having a hard time with removal of the Dermabond, but her eyebrow is now peeling off. My question is what do we use to remove the Dermabond and will the eyebrow grow back?
