will yawning vigorously/widely after tip grafting + nose lengthening affect tip shape? i seem to yawn so much more after surgery and i can't stifle it, try as i might. i feel the nose tip being pulled downwards as i yawn.
Yawning after surgery is very unlikely to effect the outcome or anything cosmetically. But express any concerns to your surgeon.
Tip graft displacement
Yawning is an unlikely cause of displacement of a tip and/or columellar cartilage graft. It can happen but is very unusual. Try to minimize the yawning. You should have yourself checked out for sleep apnea if your yawning that much.
