What is Wrong with This Face?

What do you think of this face? What's wrong? Is it a hanging columela? or does it need a chin implant?

Anything wrong with this face?

I think there is nothing wrong with this face, it looks very attractive.  If there were a hanging columela, it is only the tiniest one on earth.  No chin implant needed either.  Just max out hair and makeup and you should be fine!

Facial analysis before cosmetic surgery

I think it is a normal looking face. You definitely do not need a chin implant. The face is a 3 dimensional structure and you have only supplied one view in 2 dimensional space. The only thing that can be definitely stated from this view is that you do not have a dorsal hump on the nose, a hanging columella or a retruded chin. In your case no rhinoplasty surgery could be recommended without further views.
