I've tried Dr. Brandt's version and Strivectin, but really haven't noticed much improvement. I realize these are just temporary fixes, but I'm just looking for improvement in the look of these deep wrinkles.

OTC Filler for nasolabial lines
I do not think any topical cosmetic product will work as a "filler" despite claims that various products "plump up the skin". Injectable fillers such as Restylane, Juverderm and Radiesse are safe and will provide the benefit you are seeking.

Topical fillers
Hi, unfortunately there really aren't any topical fillers at this time which will fill those deep folds, such as the ones around the mouth. Your best option at this time is to see a qualified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who can inject Juvderm, Radiesse, Restylane, etc. to fill the deep wrinkles. Good luck, /nsn.
