I'm 46 years old and my neck has very fine wrinkles. I have been getting Botox there its ok but not great results, is there anything else I can do?

An exam would be necessary to make a recommendation about whether this can be treated more conservatively or whether surgery is the best option.

Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of facelifts, necklifts facelift revisions, and facial procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Fine lines in the neck can frequently be treated with a differential chemical peel or fractional CO2 laser with dramatic results (in the context of askin care program.)
