Wrinkle Moved After Filler

I had dermal filler into a wrinkle on the bottom of my cheek to the left of my left NH fold. The filler got rid of the wrinkle well but a few hours after the treatment I now have a new line which is kinda between the wrinkle that was removed, and the NB fold. The filler was not placed in or close to where this new wrinkle is, so it is not created by the filler itself The treatment was hyaluronic acid Pics are straight after and 5-6 hrs later (2nd pic with new wrinkle)
