Following rhinoplasty the surgeon caused a wound on the bridge of nose 2 cm proximal to the tip of nose . IS IT considered common complication of rhinoplasty to get wound on the nose and scar ( not at the site of surgery ) during dissection and is it the standard of care to get facial wound and permanent scaring of the face following this surgery.
