I had a breast augmentation 5/16/14. It has now been a week and 3 days post op. The implant is dropping but is still high. My breasts look more cone shaped/ my nipples are pointing downward or are very low. I am hoping when the implant drops and there's more volume at the bottom of the breast my nipples will not point down and will be higher. I attached a picture of my breast pre opp and post opp

Silicone implants are approved for patients 22 years old and later. They can be placed at a younger age for cosmetic purposes as an off-label use which may void your warranty on the implants. I recommend having a more detailed discussion with a plastic surgeon.
Thank you for your picture. Unfortunately there's very little bit can be
done to move your breasts closer together since they are naturally far
apart. Your realtor can be reduced to improve them cosmetically.
Thank you for your question. Your breasts probably haven't completely developed yet. It can take into the early 20's for a woman's breast development to conclude. Unfortunately, there aren't good options for you to make your breasts grow.
