Can Working out my Chest Reduce my Breast Size?

Well i have a full C cup and i want to work my chest out more but I'm afraid it will reduce my breast size, and my friends and family said it will, but I'm gonna turn to you for help. Will it reduce my breast size?

Will working out affect breast size?

As mentioned by prior posters, the answer is YES if you lose weight and body fat in this process. Simply working out itself to strengthen and tone your muscles will not change your breast size but weight fluctuations will affect your breast size if the weight change is significant. Your body will never regret working out so go for it!

Working out itself should not change your breast size, unless your workouts are such that you change your overall body fat composition. If your fat content goes from 30% to 15%, you would, by definition, lose fat from your body. From where it comes is defined by your individual genetics. Some undoubtedly would come from the breasts. Working Out Chest and Breast Size?

Thank you for the question. Chest exercises in and of themselves will not necessarily reduce breast size. However, losing body fat/weight may result in breast size changes. The degree of change will depend on how much weight is lost and other considerations such as quality of skin elasticity, genetics… I hope this helps.
