I have terrible marionette lines and was told by a plastic surgeon that marionette lines are "tough". But he had no recommendations. Any suggestions??

Treatment for deep aging lines of the face
Without a photo or face to face examination it is impossible to say what would be best in your case. Mild marionette lines may be treated effectively with a filler injection. More severe lines especially if accompanied by jowling are best treated by a facelift.

Juvederm works well for marionette lines.
Hi.
For superficial lines, we use Juvederm Ultra, and for deep lines, we use Juvederm Ultra Plus. As with everything else, good technique is very important.
