What happens to one's body if a person gains about 15 lbs, after tummy tuck?

i had my tummy tuck a few years ago and over the last 2 years, my hormons have changed and I have gained about 15 lbs. I have gained my weight in my breast and not my tummy. Is this what is suppose to happen after a tummy tuck?
