Is It Wise to Undergo a TT with MR and Mini Facelift with Elevated Liver Enzymes at the Same Time?

I ended up with cholestatic hepatitis from a drug reaction with dicloxycillin back in June of this year and re-scheduled my surgery for December, however my GGT is still in the 100's. My ALP and AST are also slightly elevated however all readings are coming down but very slowly. My gastroenterologist and PS are happy to proceed with surgery, however I am frightened due to my previous drug reaction. Would it be safer to just have my face done and leave the TT till later as it is more extensive
