I only did about 4 small bumps and I was drinking a lot of beer at the time as well and it was less than 48 hours ago! I don't do coke on a regular basis but i have a lot of friends who do, so I do it maybe once every 3 or 4 months at most. I was NOT thinking, I was really drunk and it was offered and I'm so scared that they'll cancel the surgery!!! HELP seriously, I'm really scared!

Yes it is certainly possible that you have separated the lower lateral cartilage from the upper lateral cartilage. A thourough exam by a Plastic Surgeon or Facial Plastic Surgeon with an ENT background would be your best bet for advice and possible correction.
