Can your nose get smaller during puberty ?

I use to have a normal nose when I was 10 but now that I am 14 I have a hump in the middle of my nose , I got it like 2 years ago , but I don't know how . I wanna know if it I'll go away or apear smaller as I grow or can it get removed or smaller , without surgery ?
