Will temporary spray-on hair color damage my hair?

Doubtful. The bigger concern is staining your pillowcases. Colored sprays contain a dye and a film-forming polymer contained in an aerosol unit. They are used for ‘party’ colors for Halloween or St. Patrick’s day, not everyday wear.
