Will I Regain the Shape of my Buttocks After Accent XL Treatments?

I've had 2 Accent XL sessions to tighten, firm, and reduce stretch marks on my buttocks, but I've also noticed a reduction in the size of my almost flat buttocks. The aesthetician said that the Accent XL will liquify some fat tissue in order to firm and tighten the skin. I don't want anymore treatments if this continues. Will I regain my shape at some point or is this permanent? I was pretty skinny to begin with. I'm just wanting an educated opinion.
