Will Fraxel laser harm thin skin on reconstructed nose?

Even an exfoliating treatment causes flaking over this area of thin skin which has undergone three rhinoplasties. My cosmetologist says Fraxel treatment will improve the thickness of the skin by increasing collagen. I would love to think this is so, but on the other hand, could it harm this delicate area instead?

A: Do not use Fraxel or other lasers on your nose after multiple rhinoplasties

Please don't use laser on your nose. Following three rhinoplasties you cannot escape the fact that you have compromised blood flow to the tissues.
