Will Cheek Implants and Blepharoplasty Greatly Affect my Smile?

I had cheek implants with blepharoplasty. My surgeon went through the inside of my lids and outside whereI had dissolvable stitches. I can hardly even see them now. The doctor said the cheek implants will give me a more youthful appearance, since I would look hollow in that area.

In my pictures before surgery, when I smiled, it seemd like I have nice cheeks. But I always had a great smile. I'm worried that the procedures will affect that. It's only been three weeks since my surgery so I can't tell right now because of the swelling from those interventions and the Rhinoplasty I previously had. I've included a photo before the procedures so you can get a better idea.
