Hundreds of Painful Lipomas With Dercum's Disease: Non-Surgical Ways to Remove Them?

My Wife's lipomas tend to attach and wrap around nerve clusters, which is typical of Dercum's. The Disease is very rare, & she also has Benign Fasciculation Syndrome, which, while also rare, seems to often be present when DD has been diagnosed.

She also has Fibromyalgia. We've seen that a Doctor on the other side of the US treats this by liposuction every couple of years, which gives some relief, but that they always grow back. She is not heavy like most with DD and has them in her legs & belly. Help!
