A higher and wider forehead
This can be achieved essentially by excising along the hairline doing a forehead lift. This will require a lengthy scar. Some surgeons prefer to zig-zag the scar to conceal it as opposed to a straight line which can sometimes be more visible. The alternative is to use an endoscopic approach and attempt to pull the entire forehead backwards but this may not be as reliable.
