What Can Be Done About the Wide Face?

I mean, wide on the cheeks level. Thus, the face appears round. The cheekbones are really wide, but not prominent, which is often met in polish-born people. Can the zygoma be sawed directly on the side (as shown in the picture), so that from the frontal view, it would appear narrower? Thank you in advance for your opinions.

Don't do it.
Technically, you can move the zygoma inwards. But it does have unintended consequences. It will reduce the volume of the orbits(the hollow structures that house the eyeballs) and this can result in bulging eyes. Not a good look. It can also interfere with chewing and cause pain in the jaw area. I would strongly advise against it. Good luck.

Treatment of Wide Face
Technically the zygoma can be reduced, but I would not recommend it, or do it, because of potential complications. Without pictures it is difficult to suggest treatment, but malar implants to increase anterior projection of the cheeks may help.
