A combination of the following creates a wonderful formula for looking hot and feeling good! Esthetician, dermatologist, personal trainer, and psychotherapist.

Ask someone who YOU think looks good what their secret is! It might be exercise or great genes, but even those people will often make the investment to look their best and you might get some surprising recommendations.

If you are looking to get hair restoration surgery, ask someone who has had it done, or just has great-looking hair, lashes, or brows. It is amazing how something so seemingly trivial will boost your self-esteem for the long term.

Board Certified
Plastic Surgeon
  • Your personal physician who knows you the best is probably your most important resource on health issues as they relate to you
  • If you are considering cosmetic surgery, a board-certified plastic surgeon (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery) is your best and safest resource for information regarding the procedure of interest
    • You may find one by searching the American Society of Plastic Surgeons site: www.plasticsurgery.org
  • A trusted friend or family member such as your best friend, mother, or sister is likely to provide you with honest advice on how you are looking (I know mine do!)
  • You don’t need to hire a personal trainer to get advice on what areas to target in your workout, as most gyms offer trained professionals to get you started on targeted workout regimes based on problem areas
  • Licensed nutritionists can help you learn better eating habits and come up with a reasonable diet plan based on your specific concerns
