I went back to surgeon yesterday, I was right 2 dissolvable sutures/stitches did not dissolve again. This time he prescribed me 2 antibiotics n removed. I want to avoid the excessive swelling of a capsule n plan ahead. The suture site was less than 1/4 inch and I had a 13 inch diameter implant put in. With no sedative or anesthesia he made an incision to remove the 700 mentor high profile implant. Also, he said this is the best my implant will look. See pic. What is the protocol for removing an implant?
