White Line, Bulge by Left Lower Alar After Rhinoplasty? (photo)

Had a rhino, with NO tip work 3 mths ago (except tip support). As swelling goes down, noticed a line extending from left front middle of nose back to where cheek begins. This white line feels like a ridge above a harder, raised 'bulge' that softens as I move from front of nose back towards cheek. Doc said it could be swelling beneath lower cartilage pushing up. Also had thinning of nose width, and doc said it could be upper portion not harmonizing with lower area (at least yet). Thoughts? TY!

The best person to ask is your surgeon since he/she knows what was done in the OR. It could represent some sort of graft? An exam in person could be helpful.
