Hi, I had a dental implant for one missing front tooth in the upper jaw. Everything went well until I got my temp crown and then my permanent crown. The problem is that my tongue touches the back of my crown all the time, and it feels kind of weird (feels like a lump there). My gum feels so tired because of this. My dentist says that everything is OK, and it's just a matter of time to get used to it since I had worn a denture for 20 years before the implant. Is that so? What shall I do?
