Which Skin Care Regimen Would You Recommend For an African American Woman With Mild Acne and Wrinkles?

I am a 44yo Med-brown skin African American woman with mild acne on the chin area who would like to know which OTC product out of Olay, Neutrogena, Roc and L'oreal is a good skincare for keeping your skin healthy looking and for fighting wrinkles? If neither then can you suggest a skincare line for me?
