When I Talk or Smile my Lower Lip Slants? (photo)

why does it do this? I've never really noticed it my friends did. Can I do anything to fix it?

Muscle Imblalance

An imbalance of the muscles of the lower face is causing this finding. Specifically the depressor anguli oris and possibly the mentalis muscles. Botox treatments can help this very effectively, safely and affordably. Good luck!

Lip slanting

This is from a muscular motion that is not symmetric on the two sides or your face. Asymmetry is more common than you would think.
