Activity after tubal ligation

You will need to ask your OB/GYN who performed your tubal ligation what his/her instructions are for resuming activity. Tubal ligations can be performed open (with a larger incision) or laparoscopically (small incisions). Depending on what was done with your surgery will determine the answer to your question.
