Create a shadow behind your brows

You want a pencil that is a shade lighter then your brow hairs. You want to define the shape softly.

If you have dark brown brows, you don't want to use a shade that matches exactly. This will make the brows too dark and drawn on. You want to be able to see the hairs with a 'shadow' behind them defining their shape.
