I am seeking information on the physician cost for Juvederm, Restylane, and Evolence, not what they are charging their customers. What is the physician price for these fillers?

Filler prices to doctors

 The various fillers are usually in the range of $230-350 for fillers.  Sculptra is more expensive costing about $500 a vial.  Botox is a bit higher.  Some get better discounts with more volume .
