I can’t leave the country without the following things in my medicine bag:

  • Advil for hangovers
  • Lash Out Mascara by Loreal in black
  • E45 Fragrance-Free Hand Crème (I buy it in the UK): super cheap and extremely rich for flying
  • Silk Infusion Hair Serum by CHI: I use it over my whole body—yes, my skin—because it feels silky and smells fabulous
  • Jane Iredale Mineral Makeup
  • Claritin allergy tablets: non-drowsy and amazing
  • NyQuil night caplets: For serious jet lag, without the Valium hangover
  • Airwaves menthol chewing gum (UK only): This stuff will strip “flight-mouth” out in seconds
