A warm earth tone will flatter every eye color and make light eye colors pop!

Keep in mind, with eye make up, you want a person to look at your eyes and say 'what beautiful eyes you have'. If there is a product that is screaming out at you (too thick eye liner, bright eye shadow) what happens is that you are looking at the product, not your eyes.

  • Keep the whole eye area consistent (brows, shadow, liner mascara, etc.) and make the whole eye the focus
  • Keep the intensity of the colors the same. The minute you apply a color, or a dark tone, all of a sudden, the emphasis goes to that one item
  • Use the same theory with lips
    • Stay in light to medium tones. Lighter tones actually make lips appear larger and brighter than dark, bright tones
