We make sure the patients are on Mephyton, which is...
We make sure the patients are on Mephyton, which is vitamin K, to help prevent bleeding.
We also want them on the proper vitamins like vitamin A, and also extracts from pineapple and papaya.
Patients should not be taking any medications that might make them bleed.
Also, we encourage patients to have plenty of protein in their diet; that will help with the healing.
