The pros of laser hair removal are many and the cons are few!

When carefully and safely done by a board-certified, laser-trained dermatologist or plastic surgeon, laser hair removal can be a great thing. Keep in mind that it can reduce the hairs to almost zero, but that touchups may be needed here and there over the years. Risks include burns and scarring from improper laser use, of course, and only certain lasers are safe for hair reduction in darker skin types, due to a higher risk of damaging the skin's pigment around the hair. more

Hair Reduction with the laser works!

The laser is an effective way to diminish hair growth.  It can take multiple treatments, depending on each patients characteristics, but it does work.  It is most effective on dark color hair on lighter skin tones.

Pros Permanent Hair Removal. No shaving bumps and/or irritation. In the long run saves time on other non-permanent treatment methods. In the long run saves $$ on non-permanent treatment methods. Cons Can be painful (but so are other techniques) More expensive in the short term (higher initial investment) Can take up to 18 months to complete Not effective for blond, gray (and many redheads, depends on coarseness) Rare complications include blisters or burns.
