Use a shampoo and conditioner that is designed to match your hair type, e.g. dry, coloured, greasy. Every so often use a detox shampoo to strip out product build-up. Once a week, treat your hair to an intensive hair mask.

Before heat styling, always use a heat protective spray, which forms a barrier between the heat and your hair. Always use your dryer on a medium or low heat and speed setting to minimise damage to the hair.
