Endermologie is a deep massage therapy done with vacuum suction so that the skin and subcutaneous tissue (dermis and some fat) is kneaded into a rolling device while negative pressure holds the skin in the rollers. It may reduce bulk slightly but temporarily. It may smoothen uneven contour with cellulite, but again, it is a temporary effect. Endermologie is a ineffectual treatment for cellulite using rollers and suction.

Don't waste your money on endermologie.  It's a bogus treatment that deals with kneading skin between two rollers using suction.  It doesn't make sense and doesn't work.
