Differently a nutritionist. Eat three meals a day. at the table stop when full. eat meat first then veg then carb making sure its a complex carb. no snacking unless its a high complex snack like apples and pb or carrots and pb. drink flat cokes only and lots of water. making sure you get 60 grams of protein in a day. please if you can not drink sodas thats even better. but reality with patients is cokes. make sure there opened and put in frig over night and make sure its canned cokes. bottle will not flatten. let me know if you need any free advice on you nutriention diets. i've been under a nutrientionist for 3 years now. after surgery.
