What Type of Dietary System Are You Supposed to Follow After a Gastric Bypass?
After a gastric bypass is there a particular dietry system that as to be followed? Are you supposed to eat certain foods and stay away from others? Or is it just about common sense?

Whatever you do, if you have had gastric bypass or planning it, make sure you have it done by a bariatric surgeon who has an established program in place for you to follow after your surgery. This is not just bariatric surgery and you go out the door on your own to lose your weight. You need lifelong supervision and follow-up. Diet of gastric bypass
In general after 6 weeks the diet is a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. You should also drink lots of water.
