What Could This Be? Dry Patch On Leg, Doesn't Hurt Nor Itch?

It's a patch of dry skin on top of my leg, don't know where it came from? Been there about a week, doesn't hurt or itch, I'm worrying myself that it may be Basel cell cancer?

Dry Patch on the legs

There are many conditions that can present as a dry patch on the leg.  Sometime, just very dry skin can cause this.  I would use plenty of moisturizers after bathing and have this spot checked if it does not resolve on its own in a few weeks. Hope this helps.
