I'm 40 years old and have been getting botox for crow's feet for the last 4 years. I also get it under my eyes, but I was wondering if there was a treatment for the fine lines that remain when I don't smile. I've heard that chemical peels under the eyes works and is safe. Is that true?

Chemical peels are safe if you go to someone with experience
Chemicals peels can be very safe if done in the right hands. Sometimes even with the best conditions complications are always possible. Things that can happen include scarring, post procedure darkness, increased pigmenation (hyperpigmentation), decreased pigmentation (hypopigmentation), increased acne, and infections are among the things that can happen. Alot of this depends on how agressive you are.
