Chemical Peel the Best Way to Reduce Fine Lines?

I'm 40 years old and have been getting botox for crow's feet for the last 4 years. I also get it under my eyes, but I was wondering if there was a treatment for the fine lines that remain when I don't smile. I've heard that chemical peels under the eyes works and is safe. Is that true?

Chemicals peels can be very safe if done in the right hands. Sometimes even with the best conditions complications are always possible.
