hi i come from a polynesian background and wanted to make my face look more western. i know many ppl dont like the idea of me trying to change identity but i simply find that i suit most western traits. my question is regarding cheek and jaw augmentation. will they make the face look less ethnic? and less chubby loooking?. i want bone structure. ive already had a buccal fat reduction and that has worked well.
