Hula Hooping - Safe for Bikini Line w/ Keloid?

I had a c-section at my bikini line to deliver my son.I am now ready to loose this belly fat I have. I am completely healed and now my scar has came up some. It's out like a keloid.Its kind of small but I am still concerned about it.I plan to have a flat stomach by the summer with a lil work. I want to get one of those smooth weighted hula hoops to work out with for a few months.My question is, if I have a keliod on my bikini line will it be safe for me to hula hoop?Will that make it bigger?
